   tags and accessories should be included.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
4. Refund or Exchange: Customers have the option to receive a refund in the original form of payment or
   exchange the item for another of equal value.
5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the cost unless the return is due to a
   defective item or an error on the shop’s part.
6. Non-Returnable Items: Clearance or sale items, digital prints, digital downloads, and
   personalized/custom-made items are not eligible for returns.
